How can Solano County's seven city councils reduce the number of Solano mosquitoes without using much if any tax money?
Simple, simply put out press releases to the Solano newspapers and Solano government websites reminding people to check for still water left around their yard. Mosquitoes are best fought by not allowing mosquito breeding sites.
